Help with Crossbar - viewing schedules
Schedules can be viewed either on the Fox Cities Stars website or in the Crossbar App on your mobile device.
Crossbar App
For a user to be able to see the team schedule on the Crossbar App two conditions must be met:
- The player needs to be rostered to the team they are trying to view.
- The player needs to have an email address associated with the Crossbar account owner's account. (This is usually the parent)
Once these two conditions are met, the team will automatically appear for the player when they access the Crossbar App. (example below)
A typical occurrence is that a player is unable to see the team they are rostered to in the Crossbar App because their email address is not associated with their parent's Crossbar account. The fix for this is for the parent to add their player's email address to their account.

On the Website
Navigate to the team page for the team you are interested in. (i.e. Varsity '24-'25)
Then choose "SCHEDULE" in the menu on the left hand side. This will allow you to see all items scheduled for the team you have selected.
On the website you can also choose the "SCHEDULE" item in the navigation banner at the top of the page. This will show you items scheduled for today or any other day you wish to select.
